someone is hacking my xbox by changing my power supply and putting a mac address on my xbox

Oh yes, there has been a change recently. My parents decided to make an allowed mac address list. But I did check the list, and my XBox's mac address is there and it is correct. Should I allow all mac addresses?

Why did you change the MAC address? Is your network behind a MAC filter, or are you attempting to use the Wifi in a hotel or something?

In any case, go back to the "Alternate MAC Address" settings and choose "Clear". Your console will reboot. I believe this should reset it back to default.

So im just gunna connect my wifi to my phone then change the xboxs mac address to my phones

No did this absolutely nothing for me and i don't see how it would work if i had to put in the Xbox's MAC address when i was putting in the static IP address into my modem???

Instead of using a manual ip address put your Xbox ip address back on auto, then go to this screen on your router:-

Click on the DHCP Reservation button

Put in your Xbox mac address (to find it look here:-
www.unofficialguidetolive.co.uk/.../64-where-do-i-find-my-xbox-mac-address )

And then enter an ip address for your Xbox choose 192.168.1.150 for example

Click Apply/Save etc and restart your router and then your Xbox

That will basically do the same thing as a manual ip address. Based on your Xbox mac address it will reserve it the same ip address each time, then forward your ports to that ip address (1.150 in my example) that should resolve your test connection each
time.
