    I'm hoping that someone important reads this, I've been with microsoft products for most of my life, spent several thousands of dollars on the products and have never been more displeased as I am now. I just finished talking to support to find out the status
    of my claim and to start off the agent was slow to reply and do their job to say the least. I had an xbox one x: scorpio edition for about 4 months, logged no more than 50 hours of play time into it and it stopped working. I've had several different xboxs
    over the years and the first one to have a problem, I thought, "surely this can be managed quickly and easily". I get online and talk to support about it, given two options.

    1. Advance Exchange Program, you pay 15 dollars and the company sends you a new console of the same type to raplace yours and send yours back (BUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE THE RETAIL PRICE OF THE CONSOLE AVAILABLE IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR THEM TO PUT ON HOLD)

    2. Same Unit Repair ( free but with extended waiting periods)

    Obviously if you dont have the money in your bank or on a credit card then option number one isn't really an option anymore, so we go with option 2.

    Due to someones clerical error there were two tickets made for my xbox only one of which I had immediate access to and the other was all but unknown to me and the claim number was in my email did not match up with the shipping tag that I had affixed to the
    box. So ensues 3 minutes of trying to find the right information but I finally found the other emails in a different email pertaining to my xbox. They say great news, in 14 to 21 days you'll have an xbox shipped back to you again. (But wait, when I did my
    ticket and got all of this information I was informed it would be a mere 10 days from the day they recieved it.) So I inquire whats to be done about the warranty since I was obviously sold a defective product, maybe my warranty would be extended to be a year
    out from the service date, NO my warranty doesnt change and I have no assurances that whatever fixes they make to my machine are going to last. Ok, well maybe someone could change it to where I could do the advance exchange since my console is already in the
    hands of the company, NO noone has the power to access and change this (I know this to be untrue). So I get into heated debate with the tech support supervisor over what can be done. Nothing can be done they say, theres no assurance outside of factory warranty
    unless I purchase an extended warranty. So I ask to speak to someone higher, I'm no fool I know theres someone who can help me, a devoted customer who has never in 14 years of purchasing products had to use warranty , "No I am the only supervisor available
    today". Needless to say before I was even done, this "supervisor" ended chat on me by pretending that I wasnt answering when in reality they sent me 3 messages back to back and then ended it because they did not want to deal with me.

    Is this how support is supposed to handle these situations? Should I expect nothing at all from microsoft? Has the company grown too large to keep good help that actually cares about their customers and what they have to say? I saved the entire conversation
    just in case. I'll find someone to show it to, friends and family, microsoft will lose customers if something isn't done about this.

    Dirt, define "important stuff". What's important for you is pure junk for someone else. How hard is it to understand a basic thing like that?

    Youll get a couple cars added to your garage as well as some cash and an achievement, it doesnt ruin career mode in any way so go for it!!!

    there should be a card with the redemption codes inside the forza 4 case, the disc 2 cars are the in car games but they all cant fit on one disc
