Someone I know wants to kill me over fortnite

During a game that which the incident took place there was two others and myself. I inflicted a large amount of damage on a specific individual and my teammate interrupted the engagement and killed the opposing player. The opposing player dropped a rare
weapon after their death and I picked it up. My teammate under the gamertag: [mod removed] began to get upset with me when he realized I was not caring by the situation, that's when he began to threaten me personally. He began to say that he will come to my
house and to shoot me because he knows I don't have a gun. This man has a record of rape and assaults he's mentally unstable because of his constant use of methamphetamines. I'm not sure if I should request a restraining order because the situation has not
escalated in reality. I was wondering if it's possible for me to press charges against him on cyber security or harassment because he needs to be held accountable for such sincere threats.

I would first block all contact with them and then ask police for guidance on the situation as legally you maybe allowed to do something.

Report him then block him because this kind of thing is just plan dumb and stright up should’t be allowed and some kids would really get upset about this kind of thing needs to be sorted.

Through Xbox you would want to report him through his profile so the enforcement team can investigate them, but as far as pressing charges or anything like that, you would need to consult your local police department.
