Someone help me

I've had my Xbox one for about as long as i can remember. I've never had any problems with it until recently, I turned it on this morning and i get a black screen on my TV saying no cable connected i tried all the TV's in my house and tried every HDMI port.
I just get a black screen, although at first i can hear myself moving around in the home screen i can't see any of it and now my controller won't connect. I tried everything low resolution mode, Power rebot and unplugging the brick nothing works so far....

I would suggest trying to redeem the code again and if that doesn't work the only real option is to contact Xbox support by phone. I know you said that you couldn't do that but they are the only team who could look up your account and pre -paid code and
see what is going on.

the 4 digit code for the family password can only be reset by calling support. There is nothing we on the forums can do about it.

If it's a 4 digit code to get into your account then you need to delete your profile from the console.

 

That doesn't sound good, and could be that your xbox needs a repair. Have you tried a different HDMI cable?
