Someone help me

It's funny you guys aren't in the threads where I actually posted all information valuable to my situation. But the thread where I complain you guys are on it man, keep up the good deeds.

 

If 50 million people were having xbox live issues this forum would be full of threads, literally millions of them, it is not.

Phone support have a tendency to send people to the forum for help, if people were calling support they would be here too.

The fact that these people are not here proves the fault is at your end somewhere.

 

I like the instant response. Nowhere to be found where I list my xbox live test results, speed test results and any steps I've taken to resolve it. Oh but ready to jump on it if I complain.

 

Maybe you could have linked your thread, or explained your problem to us days ago, that way you wouldn`t need that sarcastic comment.

I really don`t know what you expect us to do.

Six people out of 50 million customers are having problems, not one of them have returned to your thread in ten days.

Everyone else, including me, are having no problems whatsoever.

The problem is at your end, there is nothing anyone here can do for you.
