    Someone has falsely reported me ?


    hi I was wondering if this is were is file a case for enforcement? If so my account has been banned for no reason, it says messages but in the time frame when I was banned I have no messages to people outside my friends ? Please help and is it possible to
    lift a ban ?

    I was falsely reported and my reputation has been avoid me for 2 weeks and 3 days and I have done all I can to fix it but my reputation prevents me from matchmaking on all Xbox one only games. I am , which is my gamertag. I would like Xbox support
    to increase my reputation so I can matchmake on my games, as I was falsely reported.

    Xbox Enforcement web site     and if eligible you can request a case review from here as well.

    toxic player who need to be banned and is raciest and says the worst things.

    not false I'm not like that Microsoft told me if there more reports they will find out about it.
    Not true.

    When the enforcement team investigate a report they will see if someone has played against or encountered the person they've reported & if they haven't then the report will be ignored & the person filing the report can get into trouble for filing false
    reports.

    Only someone who has played with him and seen something they have done should report them (you). Anyone else would be seen as false reporting.

    Xbox Ambassadors Who Abuse Status

    As an ambassador you should know that the enforcement team do not use the forums.You should also know that the enforcement team investigate all reports so if someone does file a false report nothing will happen.

    In fact,if someone keeps filing false reports then they run the risk of being suspended for abusing the reporting system.

    If you think someone is abusing the report function or their ambassador status then report them via your console

    Actually, only the people who have issues should report the user. The PET will disregard reports from someone who has never interacted with a person and it could ruin a legitimate report in the future as the reporting account would be flagged for false
    reports.

    Also, it is against the ToU of the forums to name and shame.
