Kick them out of your house then.

If you've changed your password for your Microsoft account and they got back into your Xbox account then they also have access to your Microsoft account so change the password to that, but before you do this run a full scan on your computer in-case you have
a key logger virus on your computer.

I've done that but they take control over my account right in front of me and i can't do anything about it with my controller

Hello. Sorry to hear about your mystery controller. Xbox 360 controllers have to be manually synced to each specific console.



You may be having an issue where someone nearby had a controller sync to your console and has not synced it back to another console. Thus said controller is still tied to your console and will take over your console whenever someone tries to use it. So if
your had a neighbor, relative or friend who has an Xbox 360 that came over and used your Xbox 360 that might be the culprit.



It's also quite possible that there is a 3rd controller in your home that is lying around and may be setting off your console. I wouldn't be surprised if It may just be your sister or someone else purposely messing with you.



Additionally it may be a ghosting issue where the controller thinks that buttons are being pressed when they are not actually or something it causing the 2nd controller to turn on, like something pressing on top it. You might want to try removing the batteries
and/or unplugging your 2nd controller in case it's accidently turning on.
