all we can suggest is you report and block the person who is hacking or you think is hacking.

Report/block them using the tools provided on the console. Naming and Shaming other gamers in channel is against forum rules.

Any issue with a player needs to be reported via their profile. We cant do anything here about a player. Please report the issue via console or xbox.com and search users profile. Make sure you report the correct thing. IF its an issue with messages make
sure you report message.
