is there any way i could get it back? all the details have been replaced and it says microsoft account doesn't exist

i had my account hacked and someone bought £84 worth of MS points using my mates bank detail then they spent all the points on gold membership... WTF?

That is the most ridiculous thing i have ever heard, it's the fact it got hacked that bothers me, Not how long it took to get hacked. Personally i don't want someone to have all my credit card details, but maybe that's just me. In my opinion XBL gives an
all around better online gaming experience.
