Ok so while playing Fallout 4 after downloading some of the mods I was signed in on another console. I immediately changed my password and then proceeded to fix what I could. However I saw that whoever had gotten a hold of my account changed my passkey on
my profile and now I can't change my settings any further. I do not have a phone to talk to any Microsoft employee's so can I get some help here?

My Account is suspended due to payment option =Help=

My Account was hacked Yesterday but the person that did it did not change the email he only changed the password and i got it back from a email reset link then today it siad i was suppended due to payment options i called 1-800-4my-xbox they siad someone
reported my account as stolen when it was hacked last night before i got it back they changed the Name and birth date and state ect i changed it back after i got my account back so do i have to wait 25 days to get back on my profile ?

If someone has hacked your account, then you will need to contact Xbox Support and make a UA claim. They will then submit this claim for investigation. Once they have investigated this claim, they will let you know about the outcome.

Hey there,

Pass keys are console specific so its impossible for someone else to change that on your own console. Unless, your account is a child account and some of your privacy settings where change. Then that's where you need to start from. But if your account is
an adult then you should be able to change your settings fine.

Might be worth securing your account on the console for when youre not there.

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.
Select Profile & system > Settings > Account.
Select Sign-in, security & passkey> Create my passkey.
Enter a 6-digit passkey, and then re-enter the passkey to confirm.

2 things 1 have you had you account hacked and 2 do you have multiple xbox profiles on your microsoft account (but it look like you are hacked change the password on your account if you have multiple profiles it my be trying to sing on to a diffrent profile
