hi i was hacked and i cant get my account back as the hacker keeps changing my email to an email of his choice i have also been having troubles like getting banned by microsoft saying that my profile was in violation weird i had my email and password stole
and i get banned anyway im still having problems that arnt getting nothing done about them suppose 80150016 means anything to anyone but thats the latest i got

Someone Hacked Me

Enforcement, I know you didn't block my communications because this one kid
(mod edit) on XBOX live, got mad. He got mad at me and rage quit the game , then two minutes later the member of xbox live not you boot me offline. When I signed back into my XBOX i was blocked
from communications for TWO WEEKS. To inform you even more I never said one word in that lobby of Black Ops II, Search and Destroy. He was the one cursing and yelling, not me. He hacked me, please help me I need to talk on XBOX. I did nothing wrong in that
situation, therefore there was no reason for you to block my communications or him I believe he did it not you. Help me, please.

If you've lost access to your account (and I won't use the word 'hacked'), then the only people that can recover this account for you will be Xbox Live Support. You will need to phone them to report an unauthorised access. Error codes that start with 8015xxxx
are account based.

This process can take up to 30 days and there is no guarantee you will get your account back. However, in most cases, the accounts are recoverable.

If you have the Xbox.com webpage set to your correct country, you should be able to get the support number from

this link

When you get your account back, please follow these basic rules.

Keep your Xbox account log in password unique and do not use this password for any other websites you sign up for on-line.

Never give your account details to anyone (not even your friends).

Hi there. What you need to do is file a complaint against this person and then block communications, this will stop them from sending you any further messages. If you feel you need to update your security information then sign into your profile on your console,
go to settings and select 'Account'. From here scroll right twice and then select 'Account Security'. Adjust any part of this information that you think may have become compromised.
