Someone hacked into my account and changed things

I didn't know that, im just furious about the bad luck im having, and ill do the compromised account thing

It took me all morning to lock em out of my account and xbox enforcement is punishing me instead of whoever done this, im suspended from changing my gamerpic until dec30 because some jerk hacked me and changed it. Theres nothing i can do and this
is why Microsoft is flawed in every way, not being able to try and explain what happened to my account to xbox support is a joke they have all the power to fix it yet they are too lazy to do anything about it thats why they posted something saying Xbox Support

im the same way somone hacked my account and got me permantly ban because of a jerk

I dont know the gt all i know was someone got into my account and tried to steal it for their own

i would say look for the gt of the person who hacked it bring it to Microsoft with pictures of what you went through and give them a real important piece of evidence telling them to fix it

request a call back from Xbox Support directly for help with the recovery of the account itself as per the Compromised Account Solution that was previously recommended by our
Ambassador. Additionally, if you have ideas for improvement, I recommend you visit the Xbox Ideas page as recommended by my fellow XBF.

Should you have been able to recover and access the account on your own, but are dealing with an Enforcement action, the it would be best to take this up directly on the
Enforcement website. Side note: Enforcement does not Post, Read, or Comment on Forums nor can support offer assistance.
