Someone got me suspended by signing into my account

I was licence transferring with a friend of mine and he signed into my account, called himself the n-word, and reported it. Now I cant talk or play on xbox live until February 21, 2017. I've waited for about a week now and frankly I'm tired of it. Is there
any way I can get the suspension lifted since it wasn't actually me who violated the terms of service?

Note: I no longer licence transfer with my friend because of this

Is anybody going to help me? I got suspended because someone signed into my account and sent ONE message. And I got suspended AGAIN while I was already suspended. I can't talk to anybody so how can I get suspended again when I'm already
suspended? Don't reply with some "enforcement" website, i need to talk to somebody.

Cant sign into xbox 360 account

HI, hoping someone could help me. I cant sign into my account on my Xbox 360, only thing thats changed is I have recently got an Xbox One and signed into it with my xbox account, would signing into the Xbox One have caused an issue ?

You can try submitting a case review at http://enforcement.xbox.com However keep in mind that you are responsible for your account at all times so it doesn't matter if it was someone else, it was done on your account. This is why it's not a good idea to
let anyone else have access to your account.

Well for this is the notification I got when I sign into my main account, if it's supposed to be permanently suspended shouldn't it say "this account is permanently suspended" instead of "this account is suspended"?

Was doing the same for me until I tried it on my phone, got through to someone last Saturday and they said I would be unbanned 19th (today) but still can’t sign into my account, it does say suspended now, it used to say permanently suspended, [mod removed] knows what’s going on, I’ll have to see if I get banned because they’re probably going of gmt time.
