Someone from Xbox please help me (Rep taking a hit)

I was sent here by Xbox supp, as they told me the enforcement team has no way to be directly contacted which is terrible IMO since so many problems for people has do to with enforcement.

Anyways, about 2 years ago I used to get involved in stupid arguments that contained profanities due to people smack talking, and me getting upset and smack talking back. I was at this point set on avoid me for 2 weeks untill I boosted my rep back up again
by playing games that doesn't filter matchmaking based on rep. My rep was in good standing (green, good player) after 2 weeks of playing, but now 2 years later my rep is suddenly taking a hit, it's gone from yellow to orange in a week!

And this time I have literally done nothing wrong and I'm confused and deeply upset because if I get set on avoid me again it means I won't be able to play the games I love anymore yet again. Just to inform you since I got my last suspension/avoid me 2 years
ago, I have never used my mic unless i'm in a party with friends, and I never send anyone any messages but kind messages after having a good game, I also never harass or do anything that could be even remotely considered as unsporting, I always respect my
teammates in any game I play and have felt I have become a really better gamer since my last suspension and I'm trying to set an example for others by being nice.

So please someone help me investigate into this further as of way my rep is suddenly taking a hit, since microsoft never wants to rework this rep system I don't know what to do anymore, didnt Mike Ybarra himself say about a year ago they are working on changes
to this terrible system?

Hello Xbox Support.. My rep hit the wall because of people reporting me. Now I can play anything online. Please help

 

I have went from having 11 years good rep to jumping straight to avoid me ! Is there any help for me

If you smacktalk you are unsportmanlike

If you dont like what they are saying you dont smack back you report it

If you filed a complaint back you would also have a valid complaint and rep isnt a enforcement issue

Its an issue with your behaviour and how the community preceives you in this case self admitted

Reputation is handled the samebway on all consoles

The community decidea your rep not you

And thetr is no reset button only by changing and wining correctly can you get good rep

The system is always changing you have a valid rep complaint againat you

You just dont realize it

Smacktalk is bad behaviour

Ybarra was saying about invalid complaints not valid ones

And concerning the checks in your caee the checks are valid as you did conduct yourself unsportmanlike

Any rep complaints further will putnyou down

Not communicating isna valid complaint

 

Not sure why you were told to post here but there is nothing anyone on the forums can do other than point you to this page on the enforcement site

Sounds like you already know about that page but there really is nothing else anyone here can do.
