    Someone else using one of my account and I cant access it


    When I came back from studying for my Exams after 3 months without using one of my account and once I finished all my exam and I came back, then once I tried to log in to my account it told me that someone else might be using your account, asked me to fixed
    it at account.live.com but I don't have enough information and I don't the phone number that i use to have.

    Is there anyway that I can get it back?

    i bought 2000 msp for someone else who is using one of my family accounts, why cant i transfer anyone??
