Someone else using my account?

I'm not sure how this is possible but I got on Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare after lunch today and I had two supply drops and the one shot goggles which I know I didn't earn. I checked my last couple matches stats and the last two said K/D: 0.3. I'm not
a very good player but I'm not that terrible. I assumed someone else must have been on my account, but upon researching this I learned that you get prompts if you've been logged into a different console. I have a friend who uses my account but only for Call
of Duty: Black Ops 2 multiplayer on the 360 and possibly MTV or something with dirt bikes and he doesn't have the password. So that means it must have been on my console except that it would have to have happened between last night and this afternoon. My console
is in my room where I sleep and I haven't left the house since before last night. Perhaps someone snuck into my room and turned the volume off to play a match. That would explain the horrible K/D, but the goggles? Shotgun? IDK what the hell just happened.

I made an account. tried to link it with my xbox but someone was already using my email. it because you have to have an email to create an account but you don't have to have a password for the account. and some people already have an old gamer tag linked
to there email so.. they type in random email addresses until they find someone's account. this has been happening for years. I don't know how it hasn't been fixed

Contact Xbox support and tell them your situation and they'll remove your email from the account as for the email

First off, you are breaking the rules when you allow anybody to use your account, and taking a chance that they might do something wrong while they use it. I would suggest that you do not allow your friend to use your account any longer, and if you feel
that your account may have been logged in somewhere else I suggest you change your login details. You can take this as far as opening an unauthorized access investigation, all you have to do is call support at 1-800-4my-xbox for the US and Canada. Your account
will be frozen during the investigation.

 

If they didn't want other people to use your account why did the put a family option in and why can you sign in guests as blank(1) etc. Not that would argue if you're not supposed to. I merely assumed you could. But I guess what I was really asking is it
possible for someone to log in on anther console without a prompt on mine?

 

From the Code of Conduct: Do not lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise provide access to your account. I believe you would receive a prompt if you were on your own console when they tried to log on, or it would tell you it was logged in somewhere else when
you tried to log on.

 

The family option is available to allow other profiles on your console to access content you've downloaded. You don't have to let them use your account to access that content. As Outsider said, letting someone else use your account violates the code of conduct.

 

Thanks for the insight apparently Xbox uses security as an excuse to make everyone pay for gold and help track their individual purchasing patterns. That does make sense I guess. In light of this and the fact that it turns out my friend was on Advanced Warfare
messing my K/D up I have barred access to my account. Also WARNING: The 360 does not acknowledge the fact that you are or were logged in on the One and the other way around. Something Microsoft should look into. Thanks again.

 

someone is accessing my account I keep getting kicked. No one else has my acct info . Plz fix
