Someone else is on my account

That's the issue he got on my xbox account an removed all my chats with everyone and blocked them. On top of that he messaged himself from my account, thus getting me com banned. He harrassed me on different platforms too, and way more servere. After I blocked him on all other platforms he went on my account and did all the stuff that I have mentioned before. So my request is if something can be done about him. I can provide evidence of him being on my account and harrassing me. All I'm wondering is if something can be done to his account because I want to prevent other people from having to deal with this kind of behavior.

I have changed my password and security information. I was wondering if it would be possible to punish the guy who did all of this stuff to some degree? Considering all the other stuff he's done on other platforms (one of them includes stalking and blackmailing me). Considering that he will most likely do this to other people too. It would be great if we could prevent something like this from happening again.

If you know the gamertag of the person who hacked you, you will need to file a complaint on your xbox console against the user in question. This will be sent to the enforcement team who will investigate and act accordingly. In the meantime I would suggest
changing your WLID (Window's Live ID) password.

Then click on your account photo

Then click on the 3 points (...)

Select Xbox Settings, and then on the left side click Privacy and online security;

Next click: Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Security
