Someone else has linked a profile to my account

So as usual, it is litteraly impossible to contact microsoft for support, as their support submission page crashes, in 8 years I have never actually been able to contact them, thanks for treating your loyal customers so well Microsoft.

Somone has created a new xbox live profile and linked it to my microsoft account, so I am receiving emails regarding their purchases etc. What I am really worried about is how this person was able to create a profile and link it to my microsoft account,
as I have one (based on my hotmail address, which as far as I know technically doesn't exist anymore) and one (based on my outlook address) that both link to my gmail account as an alt, they can theoretically pull my CC and other info.

So A) How the hell could microsoft left this happen and

B) how do you un-associate a gamer tag with a microsoft account? I dont' need to receive the billing info for this person and have personal skype contacts and CC info stored in this account, while they cannot possibly have my password, the fact they were
able to associate their account to it means I am less than convinced microsofts security won't allow them to see it anyway, and charge to it.

So if anyone has an idea on how to actually get a hold of this company that would be great.

EDIT: My actual gamer tag is op3peat, I have no idea how PursuedPants85 or whatever it is linked to my microsoft account.

EDIT2: Tried looking up the billing / profile info for PursuedPants184 that is associated with my microsoft account and SURPRISE the billing page is down, what the hell.

XBox Live Account Hacked

My XBox Live account was hacked tonight and someone has purchased items using my linked PayPal account. The purchased £68.00 worth of points. Has this happened to anybody else tonight?

Following the steps in this guide, the conclusion was to call Xbox Support.

Hopefully with some proof of account ownership, they can help you further. Due to this being account security related, there is very little else that can be done for you here on the forums. The phone support team do have direct account access so they can
look deeper than most can here.

As instructed on the final step of the above guide, be sure to have another email address set up so that they can correspond with you further there if needed. You can set up a call on the above link by clicking "contact us" at the foot of the page.

Hello there!

First of all, I suggest you
Change Your Microsoft Account Password. However, you should
Contact Phone Support for them to make an ''Unauthorized Access'' investigation on your account. That contact link is for the U.S, if you are not from that country, scroll down on the page and click on the small lettered 'United States' of which then a
list of countries will appear, click the country of your residence. This will then, for when you request a call, connect you with the correct people in your (or closest to) your nation.

Well if you have used your Gamertag on another Xbox, simply login with your gamertag back home with your own Xbox. This should restrict him from logging in with your gamertag, until you go back to his console and play again, and so this step will have to
be repeated again.

Another way to make sure that he/she won't be using your gamertag, is to delete your gamertag's profile data on his/her harddrive.

I figured it out my account has been hacked by someone my actual account is adriftfall1

someone elses account is tied to my profile which means someone stole it it says its tied to

(Mod Removed - Personal)
