someone else cheating and i got banned for it

So on thanksgiving eve i was in a gta5 lobby and someone was hacking and i didn't know at the time but he started to drop alot of money on everybody and i left and i went to bed the next morning i was banned i didnt want the money he gave people
up to 60 million and i didn't want it what do i do about this random ban i dont thing i need this could i be unbanned sooner

I got banned for cheating but I wasn't the one who had to cheats in the first place someone else did

I'm applying to be unbanned, and not why I was banned. I got falsely banned because someone hacked my account and cheated on it.

Maybe the one cheating got banned, you can't know that. And even if someone's cheating, you can't answer with profanity since that's a violation of the code of conduct.

There are ways to tell if someone has had action given to them you can simply message them back and if there is no reply that's how you know someone got a coms ban or cheating ban. But it's not hard to tell if someone it cheating or not. So far all I'm basically is seeing is that the company is going down hill and there is no way to stop cheating so y'all allow it but only take action against people that trash talk. Am I reading that right? Because rockstar back in the day had a filter that caught people cheating.

I got banned for a rebel flag hat and picture of someone else with nothing wrong with the picture and I get com banned for a week

You didnt get banned for someone purposely throwing a match.

You got banned for your actions that violated the code of conduct that got reported.

You will never get banned for someone elses actions only your own actions.
