Someone controlling Xbox series x

Someone has been controlling for the past year and a half and I have no clue as how to get rid of them. No matter what network I switch to, they either spam a different account, delete a game downloaded, or just completely shut my console off. I've tried factory resetting but no dice. I even turn remote access off ( on every account added btw), and switched HDMI slots out of desperation. Anytime I go into detail about this on any forum I always get the same answer. I don't think there's an extra controller connected to my console and going back on what I typed earlier, I always turn remote access off. I cannot stress how annoying this is. And yes, I locked down all of my accounts, took them off and re-added them, and went as far as to unfriend anyone added on said accounts. Sorry this is a long read but I'm desperate and can't possibly be the only one experiencing this migraine of an issue.

You're lucky. You can use the new Series X | S controllers on the old Xbox One.

I can't find one designed for series x controller. They are all for xbox one controller and don't fit series x controller properly.

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.

you should contact your Internet provider, most of what you describe is not possible on Xbox consoles, which would lead me to believe that they have some other way of doing this.

Make sure that you reset your router to get a new IP assigned to you

If it continues I suggest you contact your Internet provider
