Someone claimed my Minecraft Windows 10 Edition

Last year I got hacked by someone.

Today I finally tried to claim my Minecraft Windows 10 Edition with a gift code which I've gotten from Mojang for buying Minecraft Java Edition.

But when I wanted to use it, it said the code would be already redeemed.

When I looked at the code it said the code was redeemed on September 19th 2017. The day I got hacked.

So I want to ask you guys for help:

Does anyone know how I can still get my Minecraft Windows 10 Edition or reset the code?

Question about Minecraft Windows 10 Edition on Xbox One

Hi,

I recently redeemed my free Minecraft Windows 10 Edition Code that I got because I own the pc/mac version of Minecraft, and when I activated/claimed the Windows 10 edition of Minecraft it said that the next time I turn on my Xbox One it will automatically
download to the console. Now this presents me with a few questions about this. Since I currently do not own an Xbox One I have no way to answer my questions. I have been planning to buy an Xbox One S, and my question is if I get an Xbox One S to play it on
will it show up on my Xbox One as Minecraft: Windows 10 Edition or will it show up as Minecraft: Xbox One Edition? Will I only be able to play with other people who have a specific version? and if it will show up on the Xbox one as Windows 10 Edition will
I still be able to have additional players join via split-screen?

Problem with claiming Minecraft on Win 10 edition

Hello,

My friend started playing on pocket edition so I wanted to use the free windows 10 edition code ( because I already have Minecraft "java" ( hates this name ) so it's free to claim ) but when I try to use the code it says it has already been claimed in 2015...
But I NEVER claimed win 10 version...

How is that possible and how can I get the version now ?

For a code that has already been redeemed there aren't many options available; I would recommend
Contacting Xbox Customer Support. They would be able to look into the status of your code and provide you with any available information and/or options.

Players who have purchased Minecraft: Java Edition before October 19th, 2018 can get Minecraft for Windows 10 for free by visiting their Mojang account. Once you've migrated your account, you will be able to claim a code for Minecraft for Windows 10

post from a year ago shows how to get Windows 10 edition.

Is Minecraft for Windows 10 included with the purchase of Minecraft: Java Edition? Players who have purchased Minecraft: Java Edition before October 19th, 2018 can get Minecraft for Windows 10 for free by visiting their Mojang account. Log into account.mojang.com,
and under the “My Games” heading you will find a button to claim your gift code. If you purchased Minecraft: Java Edition after October 19th, 2018, the button will not be there, so if you’re unsure of when you purchased Minecraft: Java Edition, that’s a good
way to check. Pressing the button will generate a token and send you to a Microsoft redemption page.
