Someone changed my home xbox with the last switch i had this year

Unfortunately you are given 5 chances per year to trade, if this limit is reached, the change is blocked.

Nobody can change that, but what happens is that microsoft randomly releases extra chances, so it's worth checking every day, that one hour or another this chance comes, and it doesn't usually take long.

This is the official website, where it says that the only way to get an extra chance is through the method of clicking the help button.

A console that I can offer would be to change your password so they don't perform the main Xbox function and take that chance away from you again.

Change your password and DONT EVER share your account

I it's against the rules to share account details

2 you are supposed to do any recovery yourself not anyone else

3 since you abused the system you will have to sign online everytime you want to use your downloadable.content

Or you can try Xbox assist function and say cant make this my xbox

This gives you a random chance of ,5 switches

However it is NOT GUARENTeed

this is why you don't abuse the home console nor do you break the rules

No-one should ever have your password even your dog spot

This is the exact situation that could've been avoided if you hadn't abused the system

Not to mention unauthorized charges

Note Customer support cannot offer additional switches. If your console shows you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select Help when
you see the message, Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception.

Is it possible someone that had his home console switched back. This is a common occurrence. For example your cousin sharing with a friend and then all sudden sees he cant access a game they been laying so they go check home console. They see it is
switched so switch back.

I had this problem last year i was told by someone you can only change your home settings i think 5 times a year and so i just waited for it to reset you could try support but as next year being close id just wait.
