The account (edited by a moderator) Has threatened to hack my account. He says that he has my I.p adress and credit card details and he keeps logging into my account

Hello,

No one can "hack" your account at all so please don't listen to people who say they can or provoke them either. Simply file a complaint against the person and block communications with them if they have sent you any sort of messages.
