Someone actually help and respond? Been an issue for awhile, I need something to clarify.

(Email [Mod Removed]) Someone please help me figure out what can be done so that this gamertag can actually be used. It is currently sitting there with 0 Gamerscore, no friends, gamer picture, and just says Offline. Seems like whoever
as this, clearly isn't using the account. I talked to Xbox Support, and they suggested I post this, since they can't release unused gamertags. I would really appreciate if this gamertag, "Reality" can actually be used as by me, and change my Gamertag to this,
so it won't be a waste of a good gamertag, and it sucks someone hasthis gamertag for an account that isn't even used.

Hello, could you please clarify that statement a little more. It may actually help us figure out the issue.

 

"Reality" is not a tier 1 gamertag anymore, and when I say that the recent gamertags that were released were from the original Xbox and did not fall into any zone. When the gamertag is being used on an Email and is in a zone like the one you are describing
there is no way you can get it until that user changes their gamertag or Xbox release more unused or idle account gamertags with the release of a new console of wave.

This gamer is idle and the user is apparently not using the account, however as of this time there is no way of getting it.

Gamertags are used on other services,not just xbox live so it may be being used somewhere else.

You can't request a gamertag be freed up,it's just a case of keep checking to see if the tag becomes available at a later date.
