Somehow my xbox live rewards is crossed with my friends xbox. So I never recieve credits ...

Hello guys. So here's the deal, I've noticed that my Xbox live rewards credits is going to my friends Microsoft account. His gamertag is: BanginChainz503. And I also get his Xbox Live rewards statements from Xbox Live Rewards in the email. That pretty much
confirmed to me our accounts are crossed. He got to enjoy $50.00 dollars of credits some months back. He told me, he didn't know how he got them. I told him, that's my money lol!

The only reason I can think of how our accounts got crossed. He created his xbox account on my Xbox One, when he didn't have a Xbox One yet. He does now though and lives in WA state. I'm in Clackamas, Oregon.

So please, can someone take a look and get this fixed asap.

I Posted pics proving I get his emails and I bought games that should of game me rewards credits. If you need anymore information, pleeeease let me know. I really want to get this fixed so I can using the program. :-/

I recently upgraded to an Xbox One S and did not receive my 15,000 rewards credit.

I recently upgraded to an Xbox One S and renewed Xbox Live for 1-year and did not recieve any rewards credits for these transactions. My gamer tag is Darth Vita

I was told by reward team that i will get 150,000 reward credits but somehow that never happened. So adjust my rewards credits.

We see that you have been accurately rewarded. Your purchases are still tied to your account, but there is an issue with your friends' contact email. You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

For example, since your purchase of Battlefield Hardline was a purchase from the MicrosoftStore.com, it was not eligible for Rewards. Only certain offers reward those purchases.

After investigating your accounts, we see that for some reason your friend had your email account listed as their contact email. They have since updated this information to a different email address, but due to an ongoing issue we have not yet received that
information. Until this issue is resolved, you will continue to receive these emails. Apologies for the inconvenience.
