Somehow lost the solitaire on my start menu.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Kindly follow the steps below:

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard.

2. Scroll down then search the app/game.

3. Highlight the game then right-click.

4. Choose the option "Pin to start".

I am also having this issue. It started when I lost my WiFi connection right when I was completing a solitaire challenge. Maybe there is a corrupt file. Is there a way to "clean" the data without losing progress?

When I go to all apps from the start menu I do see an entry for Microsoft Solitaire Collection but it fails to open as well. When I select that app for uninstall, the uninstall fails. This install I believe failed several days ago. It's just now that I noticed
the listing Microsoft Solitaire Collection above the Microsoft Solitaire Collection Preview.

Any further thoughts? My first reaction would be to try a dirty uninstall via Regedit. Of course not preferred.

yeah thats how it looks, when you start it it list all the casual games inside including minesweeper and all, same as my pic, they rolled all the games into one suite so start that and you can then start mah-jong and minesweeper, they are no longer listed separately. when you say select mah-jong in the solitaire menu it will open the store to install it, once this is done, close the solitaire suite and reload it and then select mah-jong and it will start the game.
