Somehow created a second xbox profile for the same microsoft account

Hey Guys,
So i wanted to changed by primary email of my microsoft account, i did that and than i wanted to login into minecraft but instead of beginng logged in i got prompted a new gamer tag creation. I did that thinking, a nice i can get rid of the odd one which was created while migrating my mojang account. Sadly now i cannt only login to the new one which doesnt has minecraft linked it seems.

How do i remove the second gamertag/xbox account from my microsoft acocunt and yet again use the first one?

If i activate the old one (marbleToast9359) i get logged into the new one with a message "welcome back"
