Somehow Banned from Parties & Games?

Hi - My son was playing on his xbox one and then a message showed up stating that he did not have persmission to do parties and play online games (when he has been able too before). How can we find out what happened? How do we fix? Or can someone try to
ban another (perhaps for no reason?). Sadester007.

You'll never be given the name or gamertag of whom filed a complaint. The only way of getting any information in regards to your one day suspension is to post a thread on the forum the member above linked and a member of Enforcement will get back to you
in time. After reading several threads in that forum you'll see that you'll receive nothing more than a generic monotonouse post with little explanation.

Either way, I wish you luck in getting to the bottom of it though.

Also make sure you are not currently banned from communication. If the XBLET banned you from messages/parties, you will also not be able to chat in-game.

Talk to Bungie? Sounds like your account (or console - didn't know they could do that) was banned from Bungie's servers somehow.

MS cannot do anything about a ban on Bungie's servers.
