Somebody wants to falsely spam report my account!

Thanks for the reply. In this case, reporting this individual for harassment (which is against the Community Standards for Xbox) would be the best course
of action to take as the Ambassadors and my fellow XBF have stated. Reports are anonymous, so there would truly be no way for him to receive information from the Enforcement team regarding who made the report.

You may also wish to Block and Ignore this user to prevent any further conflict, if possible
and do not engage them. (Enforcement does not see anyone as Defending themselves, they look towards the
Code of Conductonly.)

Well, he sent plenty of messages in voice but if I report him and something happens he'll just report me. I really don't know what to do as it'll just end in false reports..

We thank you for bringing this inquiry to our forums community, and understand that this concerns another user on Xbox Live who wants to report you.

Reports are not usually light accusations, but they are thoroughly investigated by our Xbox Live Enforcement team. If you did not commit any actions against the
Xbox Code of Conduct, there should be no reason to worry.

It is recommended to block the other user, and ignore any messages they send. Stay safe out there, and we wish you the best!

Report the player and block them. Once blocked they can no longer see your online status and you will be removed from their list if he added you to it.

Block another player

Blocking another player prevents you from receiving that player’s messages, game invites, and party invites. It also prevents the player from seeing your online activity and removes them from your friends list, if they were on it.

1. Press the Xbox button
   on your controller to open the guide.
2. Select People, and then select the gamertag of the player you want to block.
   Note If the player is not on your friends list, select
   Recent players or Find someone and enter the player’s gamertag to search.
   
3. From the player's profile, select Report or Block, and then select
   Block.

To unblock a player, follow the same steps to get to the player’s profile, and then select
Unblock.

Block another player's messages

You can also block a player after receiving an offensive or inappropriate message.

1. Press the Xbox button
   on your controller to open the guide, and then go to Communication > Conversations.
2. Select the message from the player you want to block.
3. 3Select More > View profile > Report or block > Block

The enforcement team investigates every complaint they receive and will only issue a suspension if they have determined you have done something to violate the code of conduct. If you haven't then you can be reported a million times and nothing would happen.
The other person can be suspended for filing too many false complaints.
