I was told by this person that they were taking me offline then it happened.

what can I do to make complaint besides on my console wich from a lot of stuff I read gets you know where.

makes me not want to play xbox iff it is so easy to obtain my IP address

Denial of service attacks are a criminal offence, Microsoft can only do so much their end as these attacks are
not conducted from within the LIVE network. You need to call your Internet Service Provider. They can change your IP address. Hopefully they can also liaise with law enforcement to get these people prosecuted.

Maybe just turn off your Modem/router for a while and be sure to Block Communications, Mute and Avoid unwanted gamers.

How is even possible for someone or something to boot you offline? I can see out of their game in a specific game, but completely offline?

Why would your ISP give a crap about you being booted offline from xbox live? How is that their problem?
