    Somebody stole my gamertag


    Hello, the problem I have is that some one hacked my mail account and I didn't notice, I had a long time without playing on my Xbox live account and when I recovered my account I couldn't access my gamertag and when i log on in the Microsoft xbox live page
    they gave me a new gamertag, i don't know what to do to recover my gamertag it was still saved on my xbox but it didn't let me log into it.



    i need some help with this.

    Somebody i dont know has logged into my account off of a different xbox and stole my hole fifa ultimate team team my gamertag is and my console number is 066142223143

    Retrieving a serial number

    I believe somebody has stolen my Xbox is there a way to retrieve the serial number from my cell phone or any other device and using my gamertag or Xbox account?

    You would have to contact support to see if they can try sending it. We do not work for Microsoft so we can't do anything regarding the codes. http://support.xbox.com/contact-us
