Somebody redeemed my code. Can I get a new one?

I received a code for Halo: ODST for Xbox One last year. Upon calling Xbox Support, they asked me to post on here to be issued a new code. My code was verified as a legitimate code that was sent to me, but it had been redeemed by somebody else. I have a
physical copy of the game and am trying to get a new code to download the game.

CODE NOT WORKING HELP!

i redeemed my once in a lifetime chance spectrum camo code for xbox one and i was told on the notifaction screen that it was a used code and i dont know why its brand new and i didnt try redeeming it yet can somebody please help i want my spectrum camo ive
looked everywhere for how to fix this but no one has answers im hoping that one of you great people know how to fix this either if i can get another code or help me fix my problem thank you very much if you can help...

Xbox One Preview Program Error/Bug Help

I was invited to the Preview program and days later i was sent the code, but before I redeemed the code to my console the message expired.

Unfortunately we aren't able to provide replacement codes. If a code that you were sent has been used, I recommend checking other accounts on your Xbox One that may have accidentally redeemed the code.

I got a new controller, and it came a Xbox game pass ultimate redeem code. I tried it on my Xbox one and it says it has already been redeemed, So I tried it on the Microsoft website and it says the same thing, but I just got this for Christmas, can somebody tell me why it says it’s already been redeemed, thank you!
