    Somebody is using my Xbox account on my Xbox one. But I don't have the console.


    My mom took my xbox. Her boyfriend currently uses it. I don't want him to tho BC he watches YouTube on it and it messes up my suggested videos. How do I log him out without me going on that Xbox.

    I have two Xbox consoles and i have a game on digital. I have a PROBLEM.

    Hi. I have a problem, i have BF1 (Digital) and the game is originally from my second Xbox Console (Xbox One S) so today, i put my account which i install my DIGITAL GAME on my first Xbox Console (Xbox One) but i don't find the Digital Game.

    GTA V - Xbox One problem

    Hey everybody, I'm playing GTA V on Xbox One on single player. All right.

    But when I tried joining GTA Online, it appears "You need to start an Xbox Live session", but never starts.

    I tried to fix it on Social Club putting my Rockstar account with my Xbox One account.

    Anyway, the game doesn't appears im "my games" on xbox.com, but it appears installed in my Xbox One.

    Even, I saw my achievements are not recongnized by the console, and I can't do anything and I don't know what to do.

    Have somebody else had this problem: Can somebody help me?

    HI there,

    I believe that changing your Password should result in the account requesting the password to be entered, which in turn will result in not being able to access your account without knowing the password.

    It may take some time, but last time I changed mine it resulted in me having to enter the password on my console too.

    Is it possible that TannerBeast2329 is an account you used for a repair or could it be an old account you forgot about? Is it possible that you used another different email to log in for the lost account? What I would do first, would be to search for the
    gamertag you are trying to log into, this would show if it is still active or not. If it is, it is possible that you used another email for your login.
