Somebody is using my face as a profile picture

It can take longer than 4 to 5 hours for the enforcement team to investigate. They receive thousands of reports a day and investigate each one.

Thank you for the reply, I now understand that it could take more time. But, is it allowed on Xbox or can they do this?

Hi Sam, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

I would highly recommend reporting the player by following the steps below:

"1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, go to People, and then do one of the following to find the player you wish to report:

If the player is a friend, select Friends, and then select their gamertag.

If the player isn't a friend, select Recently played with, or select Find someone and enter the player's gamertag to search. Once you find the player, select their gamertag.

2. From the player's profile, select Report or block, and then select Report.

3. Choose your category and reason for the report. Make sure that you choose the most accurate category, as this detail is important to ensuring Xbox Safety can investigate the issue properly.

4. Select Add comment to provide more info, and then select Submit."

Rest assured that the enforcement team will review your report.

No it doesn't and you can't take profile pictures with it, it's also not backward compatible with games that used the XBOX LIVE vision camera to create in game character faces.

That's not true at all. I've seen that somebody just recently changed their profile picture. This is a lie, and it's not fair that we can't change out profile pic too. It's really nerve racking.
