Somebody had me enforced on x box

Hello the gamer with gametack bradygold100 is raiding servers in ark and has also voice communication with strong language an has made treats to my kids and other kids that where playing ark survival evolved i try to reason with him but that didnt work out
so i has send him a not so friendly mesage mabey a bit offensive but i had it with this dude. but now iam bannend for 2 days in voice and chat communications and this guy continues breaking in the voicechat of the kids iam not amused and want his account taken
down.

If not ill start a lawsuit against this gamer and xbox.

The game is arksurvival evolved.

The gametack is BradyGold100.

And the ark server is ark official 322.

Outlast is X-Box One and I have installed, on my X-Box One, 360 games/dlcs that she had purchased (on her X-Box).

My Holiday Punchcard Not Awarded But I Met All Criteria!

I posted in X Box Live Rewards Forum:
forums.xbox.com/.../4415522.aspx on 5th January, had nothing since, contacted X Box support and X Box Rewards team several times via twitter and getting either no response (X Box Rewards) or useless responses telling me to post in/tweet to different places
(X Box Support). Instead of passing the buck why not just sort this issue out for me please!

I actually think that X Box live has made me update a change that has messed up both X Box 360 s now. I had to make an X box live update to the spare X Box today Is there a help desk number so I can speak to someone? Is somebody going to realise that a
faulty update has been made and repair the bug?

Well ive had this gamertag for atleast 5 months and its the last 2 months ive been harrassed. You would think by now somebody would of reported it.

Xbox live chat told me to post in these forums to bring it to the enforcement teams attention. Can somebody tell me how i do that?

For sure happy birthday to Microsoft's X box, My mates told me the controller was hard and had too many buttons on the original x box but I decided to take the plunge, The controllers were natural for me and loved my racing games on the x box with the trigger
buttons. The graphics were out of this world and being able to record my music to It made my ps2 mates jealous. It Is my main console and look forward to the next 10 years with x box,
