my tenure went from 5 to 4 in october 2016 had support and escalated it they cant figure why my tenure now been stuck at 4 for almost 2 years this happened before when i was 2 and went to 3 they fixed it i understand how you calculate

it this happened when i called in to have old email removed they said

there was duplicate account so she erased one and instantly my tenure

went 5 to 4 in october 2016 waited since still stuck reopened case and

they sent me to post here i should be 5 going onto 6 years tenure in october 2017 so now its been enough long enough you guys need to correct it no reason for this not to be fixed year in a half later after it was ok when you guys update the tenure calculations this
is

ridiculous and im about to leave you guys all together if this doesnt

get corrected i will cancel everything shutdown my account and moved to

another company i spent alot of money and time with you guys and all i

get is passing the buck to others and forums hoping i give up but when i

do i will be a customer somewhere else and start fresh and sell

everything my last step before i cancel and leave is this forum and then

a complaint i sent to corporate head quarters the complaint was last

year but i will put another in and then cancel all if this doesnt get

resolved this is just such a cop-out from xbox when they dont correct something they dont care and no department to handle

Xbox problems

I got this error code 4099-40A3-2780-0F00-C000-0034, and all I can do is watch my xbox instead of play it so if somebody knows how to fix it like (Microsoft)cough cough then they should fix it. not sit on their butts and only care about the xbox one. So
if someone would fix this problem then their would be peace instead of anger. so fix it please, or buy me a new xbox.

I have the same issue, spoke to Xbox Support here is an excerpt from the transcript, going to try it tonight:

Angeli H.: Alright. Please try to do the hard reset first on your console. To do this, while your console is on, go to home. Then, remove the power cord at the back of the console, wait for two minutes then turn on the console again. If this does not work,
please try to clear your systems cache.

Angeli H.: Please follow these steps:

MR MATTHEW: how to I clear the system cache?

Angeli H.: Clear Persistent storage by going to Settings > Disc and Blu-Ray > Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage > Clear it three times. After you have done clearing Persistent Storage, please go to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >>
Alternate MAC >> Clear Alternate MAC.

Angeli H.: Turn the console off completely by holding the power key for 5-7 seconds. Unplug power supply.

MR MATTHEW: ok can you confirm this WILL NOT affect any of my saved games?

Angeli H.: Next resolution is to Delete and re-download your profile.

Angeli H.: Yes. This will not affect your saved games, Matthew.

MR MATTHEW: is there an option in settings to delete profile? Just I've never had to do that

Angeli H.: Go to Home screen.

Angeli H.: Press the Menu button on your controller.

Angeli H.: Select Settings.

Angeli H.: Scroll to the right. Under OTHER PEOPLE, select Remove accounts.

Angeli H.: Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Choose this person.

Angeli H.: Select Remove from this Xbox to confirm.
