    Some Xbox one games won't load and crash to desktop.


    ive tried uninstalling, hard reset, changing power mode, everything but it still won't load. The games that won't load are mortal Kombat xl on disc, and sleeping dogs on my hard drive

    Same here for me. Works fine is I try to load or of the pre created worlds (I.e. Skyrim) but anything I have created this to load, game crashes and goes back to desktop.

    Same here. Played through most of the rebel event, 3 away from max tier, and now it won't load. Crashes to desktop right at character selection screen. Sometimes it'll get that far, but won't load characters, or just CTD before that.

    11/3/14 UPDATE JUST WIPED ALL MY DATA!!!

    If you have problem with MS Jigsaw crashing back into desktop after loading achievement, I have solved this (temporarily) twice by uninstalling then reinstalling the app. The problem is it takes 3-15 seconds for the app to re-check all your purchases and
    if it sees things it doesn't like, it crashes. I also noticed trying to play some puzzles like Surface collection's 4th StoneWall will also immediately crash the game. Re-install the app at your own risk though. I've done it about 3 times with no loss of progress
    but I cannot guarantee others won't.
