Some stains in my disc from XBOX ONE

Have you tried wiping down your discs with a soft, clean cloth? Be careful not to scratch them. If your console's disc drive is causing damage to discs, I would recommend having your console repaired as that is not normal behavior. That process can be initiated
via the Online Service Center.

The disc already had a stain, internal, between the two sides, on the outside, but it worked and so did not ask for return of the disc. After a year of use the stain began to cause trouble in reading. There are no scratches on the disc.

If the discs are no longer readable, you practically have no other choice but to replace them yourself (i.e. buy a new one).

However, if you have the sales receipts of the game, you can possibly take advantage of any available disc replacement policy (varies by publisher of Xbox One games).

This is the disc replacement program offered by Microsoft for Microsoft-published Xbox One games.

looks like the damage to data layer, I've never seen anythong like that happen by it's own and I used to design CD-ROMs hardware few years ago. it might be the imperfection of the production process (one of a kind) or some or someone might have the influence
on the disc (heat, sun, hydration, fluids, maiden, dog, wife, son, girfriend, parent, granmother and many many more...). some companies recover disc and you may try to find some of them in your area but those are light and medium scratches only, I don't think
this kind of damage can be fixed...

Perhaps maybe it was one of those one-in-a-million things where that particular disc had some faults and made it break just as easy. I'm sorry this happened to you.
