    This may mean that there is an Xbox Service Alert which there is, you may get an error when trying to download or install a game or even view games. This is for Xbox consoles, Windows PC, Xbox 360 etc.

    There is currently a service alert at xboxlive.com/status that some are experiencing issues with purchases. Hopefully this will be resolved soon and fix your issue.
