Some Rock Band 4 DLC did not transfer

I purchased Rock Band 4 and have been loving it so far. I tried to manually download as much of the legacy DLC as I could. Much of it went through, however, a few songs don't show as purchased for my account. This is DLC I have in Rock Band 3 that is available
in Rock Band 4 but shows a price instead of letting me download it. I'm not sure if these songs didn't get transferred over. I have a few other songs that didn't transfer over, however, since they don't show up in the store they may not be available yet.

Rock Band 4 DLC export - some recently bought DLC on Xbox 360 Rock Band 3 is not showing as purchased on Xbox One.

Hi, I've had an Xbox One for just over a week now and purchased it primarily for Rock Band 4 so I'm somewhat new to the Xbox One.

The problem I'm having is Harmonix who makes the Rock Band series has stated that all DLC purchased for Rock Band 1-3 will be able to be used in Rock Band 4.

I purchased some DLC about a month ago for Rock Band 3 because there were some newer DLC for it at the start of 2015 and I purchased some older DLC tracks at the same time, unfortunately when it came to redownloading these tracks on Rock Band 4, this batch
of purchases were some of the only tracks which came up as "not already owned" and tried to charge me again to download them.

I'm wondering if this is some sort of license transfer issue, it seems the tracks affected are the most recently purchased ones.

Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask,, it's just Harmonix support links directed me here as it relates to DLC purchase rights on Xbox One.

I can provide details of the DLC tracks which are not showing as owned if that helps matters.

importing RB1 & RB2 songs into RB3...

Yes Rock Band 1 & 2 are exportable into Rock Band 3 with the exception of a handfull of songs.

All your Rock Band 1 & 2 DLC will work with Rock Band 3.

Sorry to hear it. If there are songs that you purchased before that are not yet listed in the store then they will not be available as yet for the game.

As for the other issue I would recommend contacting Rock Band support for further assistance.

 

I managed to find a thread in the Rock Band forum that addresses missing DLC. Some aren't supported as the license has expired and some were having issues and should be back now or soon. I'll leave the link here for others who might be having this issue.
