Some Questions about the Enforcement Process

Before I begin this post, I'd like to point out that I am completely aware that the Enforcement team does not read these posts and this will not affect any bans or case reviews in place at this time. I am also aware that this may not be the proper forum
section, but there is no forum section for Enforcement issues. I am also aware that the Enforcement team is ONLY reachable through the case review features on their site.

My other account was suspended indefinitely for multiple reasons, I have already filed a case review over 48 hours ago as an appeal with the request to elaborate on my appeal if needed (500 characters isn't enough).

How long should I be waiting to hear back from the Enforcement team? Would longer, more serious offences take longer to review? What if they never get back to me, what other options do I have?

If anyone can help answer these questions and inform me further on the process of appeals, I would gladly appreciate it.

First you need to make a post on the enforcement forum for Xbox. Make a post explaining the situation and a rep will respond to your post.

Not the answer I was looking for. The enforcement pages contain nothing on wait periods for Case Reviews, such as minimum and maximum wait times to hear back from them. If the answers I'm looking for were available on their page, I wouldn't take my concerns
to the forums.

 

Unfortunately, except for the information on that website, there's nothing anyone else can tell you. The whole process is still pretty new so there's not too much known about it by anyone but the enforcement team.

 

I'd expect a couple of days. I just submitted mine and have heard nothing. At the very most i would expect a month
