Some questions about the controls in BFBC2

Greeting all,

I have been playing BFBC2 religiously over the last 6 months and have really come to love the game. Best FPS I have played since BF 1942.

Was playing the other day on LIVE servers and saw a player switch sides mid game. They were able to keep their score and did not have to exit the game to switch. Is this possible? If so what is the process.

HELP A TANKER OUT: Any way to 'Stick-Drive' land vehicles? (like older BF's)

The controls are just like BFBC2. I Don't believe this can be changed.

 

Battlefield 3 vs. Modern Warfare 3

^^I like BF3, but it seems ALOT like BFBC2, just saying. Yes, BF3 IS newer, with some tweaks, but its the same as the COD series. We arent getting any significant changes in either until a Next-Gen console, JMHO. I mean Frostbite and whatever else has been
done, hasnt changed the game that much. I do feel the bF controls are way better than BFBC2, but still very similar games, just some added confetti.

 

Go to recent players list and join session in progress. If the person you are joining is on the enemy team you will be switched to that team.

 

Thank you very much for that! It really was an irritation when you are on an uneven matched side having to leave the game lose the score and start at 0. Also it is useful when you are stuck on a team where three other people decide to camp snipe and have
no care for strategy.

 

Good tip, I'll need to do that when teams are uneven!
