Some QR codes missing

Hi all.

Firstly, let me say how much I enjoy this game. It's a breath of fresh air on this xbox one console. Really enjoying it. Now, I'm trying to collect all the QR codes, yet I'm still missing 2, but they're not on my map anywhere. I've unlocked all the towers
etc so can see the whole map, yet 2 codes are not anywhere to been seen.

Is this normal, does anyone else have this issue? Any help would be great

Watch Dogs help

Just to start, I think watch dogs gets way to much stick, personally think it's a class game, storyline is a bit short that's my only down side.

Now the Help part, has any one done all the Burner Phone, QR Codes & the Missing Persons? Cause I've done;

Burner Phone 5/8
QR Codes 15/17
Missing Persons 4/7

I haven't completed the game yet I'm in the 3rd act but they aren't on the map do they pop up later?

 

Turn a Text Code into a QR Code

I got my NowTV credit for Xbox live today. They emailed he familiar text code and I ought it'd be cool to turn that into a QR code that Kinect could read for me on the X1.
Dead easy, I used the iOS app
Fancy QR Code Generator
But plenty of others are available, including websites
Copied and pasted the text into the text box in the app, clicked generate and then saved the QR code as an image
Used the command, Xbox, use a code then used my iPad to show Kinect my QR Code and it worked. Sweet

 

QR codes are about the only thing I'm still having trouble getting still. This site was where I had to go for info.

They don't all show up until you get in to act 3.

 

This apply to all the side missions? Cause I have 98/100 Hotspots and I am missing the lase 2-3 of those murder investigation ones.

 

I don't think it applies to the hot spot's. The murder investigations wont all show up until you progress the main story. With the hot spot's, zoom in on the map because they may be hidden a little behind other thing's on the map.

 

For hot spots, copy/pasting my post from another thread:

"There are 2 that you may miss looking at the map. One is on an island far to the east of the eastern area, just scroll way to the right and you should see it. The other, if I recall, is in the upper to upper left part of the top right area and you can't
see it because there is a mission icon covering it up because they are so close together.

If these aren't it, or you're having trouble finding them, go to one area, and open your phone and use the hotspot app. You can scroll down through the different hotspots in that area and find the one that is darker and has a 0 beside the checkmark. You
can then click it to get a waypoint right to it.

You may have to do this for all the different areas to find it, so just use fast travel to quickly get from area to area and repeat the above."

 

Yea once you get to act 3 then another QR code will appear on your map in Pawnee and that leads to the final one and the achievement 'Read Only'. I just got it then.

 

yeah because I been trying to get that code under the hiway overpass next to the bridge access to the bunker, still cant find it, it says I have one code found, once its found it shouldn't be on your tac map right??

 

That one near the bunker is hard to find but there is a camera under the bridge on the other side of the river. Yea once you unlock them they disappear from your map.
