Some problem opening apps and games

I can't open some apps and games.

One of those games is installed on my account as home xbox game (downloaded it yesterday). Is there a problem if I remove the account I buyed this with (play-select)

The follow games and apps don't open:

Fifa 19. (The game from above)

Xbox insider hub (can this also be a problem because I checked every game I have and the all have the same problem the don't open with the message try again in a while, Apologies our service isn't working properly at the moment. To check Xbox Live service
status, go to https://support.xbox.com). But I don't think this is the problem, because this problem was there also yesterday, but now it isn't just the recent fifa 19 game I installed but all the games and apps) It looks like a personal problem because I
can't find another forum with this problem.

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too, Also check to make sure none of the apps need an update.

My xbox got shut down of an error.

I did what you sad I just restarted I will check if the fifa game will play now and not freeze like before

if the above solutions don't help, try to keep a factory reset with the option to keep your data. you need your login data.
