I would recommend that you secure your account and report the player about trying to scam on the xbox live network.

Try changing your password just to make sure: Change Your Microsoft Account Password | Change Xbox Password

In order to secure your account make sure you update the security proofs on your account: Add Security Information to Your Microsoft Account

In your video you say you have changed your password. Did that stop this from happening?
