Sorry to hear about the situation your having. It is a common issue a lot are having this issue. We recommend trying to change the settings on https://account.microsoft.com/ also
on Xbox | Games and Entertainment on All Your Devices when on xbox.com and your signed in, click on your picture in top right go to Xbox settings, then select privacy and online safety.
