Some one has been messing with my account!

I would really like some help from an official or expert. Someone has got a hold of my account and added an email so they could keep gaining access to my account. This time they enabled some security thing that disables me from changing anything for a month
or I have to enter their email which I don't know.Then after I enter the email I need a special code which I do not know. The person even got into my Xbox live profile and added about 230 people and changed my avatar and my gamer picture. He even changed my
pass key to try and keep me out. I have tried account recoveries but I have to wait 24 more hours until I can try again. The email is
[Mod removed].I tried guessing it but had no success. I really hope someone can help me on this. It has happened to me and 2 other people.

It's been 30 days now and nothing has been put into my account yet, is this normal or should i ring customer services and spend 30 minutes messing around with them.

last online problem

i dont even know where to put this subject and i am new here so please cut me some slack

ok so i have 2 accounts on xbox, one for me and one for my bf. well xbox live has been weird latly, instead of "last online 1 minute ago" it now says "last online 4 minutes ago" but my problem is when my bf is online playing mw3 he checks his friends
list and notices my account was "last online 5 mins ago" when he has been playing for about 3-4 hours

so has my account been hacked or something? or is xbox live just messing up? xbox live has been real buggy latly
