Some of the Daily Challenges freeze-up the screen and I have to shut the games down and reboot ...

Screen freezes have been occurring for the last 2 weeks in some games of Microsoft Mahjong. It does not happen on every game every day, but during the solving the game will suddenly freeze and will again freeze up after it has been rebooted. I have
paid for the last 2 years to eliminate the ads and would like to again this year, but I am not going to pay for games that are not working correctly. I have this problem with
Microsoft Solitaire Collection also. I do not have any problems with Microsoft Jigsaw. Please let me know of any suggestions you may have to correct this problem. Thank you!

Microsoft Jigsaw still freezing up

Please fix this problem. Seems people have been complaining for a few days now. I complete a daily challenge and when I try to collect the whole thing freezes up then eventually the games shuts down.

Jigsaw Puzzles Freezing after 3 moves for the last 2 months

Frustrating to play my favorite Microsoft Jigsaw Puzzle; I cannot move more than 3 pieces before it freezes. Then I have to shut the whole program down and start up again. Cannot do the daily challenges. I used to brag about how great these games were compared
to others.

Haven't been able to load the Daily Challenges since Jan, 15th. Have uninstalled, ran reg. cleaner, shut down, then rebooted and installed several times and no luck. Have ran the troubleshooter several times no luck. Gone to Microsoft help sites followed
their advice no luck. Can play Jigsaw and Sudoku Daily Challenges with no problems. When I got into Solitaire the top row of the games there is only pictures for Klondike and Spider. Can click on the daily challenge, takes me to the daily challenge, click
on any of them and it won't load. Have let it sit on that page up to 30 minutes and no luck. I'm frustrated!!!!!

As soon as I click on daily challenge, the game shuts down and goes back to home page.

this was not a dig at you personally. you might want to let the team know that things are worse now, the application crashes whenever I try to load some of the daily challenges. Every attempt yesterday at loading the classic easy daily challenge crashed
out of the application and today I have tried loading the lightning tiles daily challenge and once again the whole application crashes and shuts down.

Program shutting down is a big problem with the daily challenges. After completing a puzzle, it shuts down and does not check off the puzzle as completed.
