    So I have been playing rainbow six siege for a little bit now and I have missing operators on that game and so I contacted them about it and they told me to contact you guys to see if maybe something got refunded by accident and so am here today to find that out?

    Yeah, same problem. I bought AC:B today, didn't show up in my downloads, but they happily took my money and it shows on my purchases. After dealing with a chat guy who basically talked to me like I was 5, I was told they would have to contact Ubisoft and
    see about getting me a license or something. I've never had a problem until now with this and after dealing with customer service, it made it clear to me why I do most of my gaming on my PS3.

    I tried both but I nothing works.I did contact the game develepors but they told me to contact you guys here.
