some of my screenshots disappeared from my console..i need help

Discus and support some of my screenshots disappeared from my console..i need help in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi, so some of my screenshots from a while ago dissapeared and i can't find them nowhere, i don't know what to do. ps. sorry for the bad english...     Preview program problems

    I need access to the Preview Program forum, please! My Preview Program has disappeared from my console, and I've been trying for days to get help with it but no one has responded to my posts. Will someone please help me out?

    Background gone

    I’m new to the site and was wondering if there is a way to recover missing screenshots. My background ,which was a screenshot ,disappeared from my homescreen and because it was taken a while ago, it was automatically deleted when my storage started getting
    full.

    Is there a way to get it back?

    Need some help with my console!

    This has happened to me before, Not anymore though seemed to went away on it's own.

    But if it keeps happening to you try opening you're Xbox 360 without taking anything "Important" Out and then press on the eject button and try to see if you can find the problem, Other then that I'm not 100% sure what causes this problem but i guess it
    has something to do with the drive wheel?

    might be it's not getting enough juice. (electricity...not kool aid!!) but you might need to get the drive replaced.

    I'd suggest taking out the hard drive, then booting up. it may fix it...it may not.you can also try clearing the system cache on the xbox as well. but it sounds kinda like you need a repair. (I really hope your warranty is good!)

    Do not open the console! Do not try to repair it yourself!
    If the abovementioned hdd removal or clear cache does not work contact phone support. Opening the console will void all warranties.
